We have known we needed to update you all on our status, but honestly have tried for days to come up with a way to explain where we find ourselves on the adoption front. Or more accurately, how to explain with honor and integrity where we find ourselves. Therein lies the days of looking at a blank screen. The situation is not great, and sadly it is not unique to just our family. We were hoping to get our daughter home before getting caught in a political storm we could see brewing months ago, but unfortunately we are right square in its grasp. Here, at the very tail end of a very long road for our family, we are stuck – mired in bureaucracy at its peak… There is no easy or sweet way to explain what is happening with our family. So, for now I ask again if you wouldn’t mind praying for us tonight. We have played our hand so to speak, and need God to intervene on our behalf at this point. We pray for favor in the eyes of the US Embassy, compassion, and integrity for all those involved in the decisions regarding our case. We feel tonight is a crossroads, and your prayers are so greatly appreciated. Our deepest thanks.

Amy Yarbrough - I don’t know what to say, I am praying and enterceding for your family. I am sure that words can’t adequately describe how you are feeling. Only groans to a Heavenly Father who knows your deepest sorrow.
“Dear Lord bring baby LuLu home to her forever family. That your name will be forever praised for the mountains YOU moved to make it so, in our Heavenly Fathers precious name, Amen”
sarahrichmond - Thank you dear Amy, and Amen.
